Install the SlotKaki app on Android

The whole process takes a few minutes. The step that matters most is the first one: where the file comes from.

Installation steps

  1. Open slotkaki.shop in Chrome or your phone's browser and tap the app download button.
  2. If your phone asks, allow "Install unknown apps" for that browser only. Do not give this permission to WhatsApp, Telegram or a file manager.
  3. Open the downloaded file from the notification or your Downloads folder, then tap Install.
  4. Open the app and log in with the username and password of your existing account.
  5. Go back to Settings and switch "Install unknown apps" off again for that browser.

Security warnings during installation

Android may show a warning because the app does not come from Google Play. Pause and check: did you download this file yourself, through the button on slotkaki.shop, a few moments ago? If so, you can carry on. If someone sent you the file, delete it and do not install it.

Never switch off Google Play Protect entirely to install an app. The official app does not need you to.

Permissions requested

Normal
Internet access, notifications.
Optional
Camera, if you scan a QR code or upload KYC documents.
Not needed
Reading SMS, contacts, call logs.
Dangerous
Accessibility services or device administrator.

If the app asks for any permission in the "Not needed" or "Dangerous" groups, uninstall it straight away and read the APK checking guide. The full list of permissions, and how to check them in Settings, is in the app permissions guide.

Updates

When a new version is available, download it again from the same link and install it over the old version. Your account data is kept on the server, not on the phone, so your balance is not affected.

The full steps, including what to do if the phone reports a signature conflict, are in the guide to updating the app.

A two-minute check before you tap download

A little preparation prevents most install errors. Run through these first:

Huawei phones without Google Play follow their own steps in the Huawei guide.

Where your downloaded file ends up

Missed the "download complete" notification? The file is still on the phone. Look in one of these places:

  1. In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Downloads. The newest file sits at the top. Tap it to open the Android installer.
  2. In a file manager, open Files, My Files on Samsung or File Manager on Xiaomi, then the Download folder.
  3. Pull down the notification shade. On most phones the download notification stays until you clear it.

Tapped the button twice? You may have two files, the second with "(1)" in its name. Keep one and delete the other. A file name proves nothing about authenticity; what counts is that you downloaded it yourself a moment ago. How to judge a doubtful file is covered in the guide to spotting a fake APK.

Switching off the unknown-apps permission, brand by brand

This permission is granted to one app, normally your browser. While it stays on, that browser can start installing other APKs without any extra hurdle. The paths below are typical; menu names shift between system versions.

BrandTypical path
Samsung (One UI)Settings > Apps > three-dot menu > Special access > Install unknown apps
Xiaomi, Redmi, POCOSettings > Privacy protection > Special permissions > Install unknown apps
OPPO, realmeSettings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps
vivoSettings > Security & privacy > Install unknown apps
Pixel, Motorola, NokiaSettings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps

Pick the browser you used and turn its switch off. Cannot find the menu? Type "unknown" into the search bar at the top of Settings. While you are on that screen, glance at the other apps listed: WhatsApp, Telegram and file managers should all be set to not allowed.

App or browser: what suits your phone

The Android app makes sense if the phone is yours alone, has room to spare, and you want an icon that opens straight into your account. The browser is enough if the phone is shared, storage is tight, or you would rather not grant any install permission at all. Both open the same account and balance, so this is a question of comfort, never of game results. The full comparison is in the PWA vs APK guide.

Frequently asked questions

Should I delete the APK file after the app is installed?

Yes, it is safe to delete. The app is already installed and no longer needs the file. Removing it frees space and stops you from accidentally installing an outdated copy at the next update. New versions are always downloaded again from the app button on slotkaki.shop.

Can the SlotKaki app be installed on an Android tablet?

Usually, yes, since Android tablets install APK files the same way phones do. Follow the same steps in the tablet's browser, then switch the install permission off again afterwards. The layout may look different on a larger screen, and the browser remains an option if you prefer it.

Ready to install? Use the app button on the official home site.
