How to uninstall the SlotKaki app and clean up your phone
To uninstall the SlotKaki app safely, log out first, clear the app's storage, then uninstall it through Settings and delete any APK file left behind. These steps only remove data from the phone. Your balance, transaction history and profile stay in your account on the server until you withdraw or ask for the account to be closed.

Log out before you remove anything
Logging out ends your session rather than just deleting an icon. It matters most if the phone is going to be sold, handed on, or sent off for repair.
- Open the app or the web version, go to the account menu and choose Log out.
- Make sure you still know your username and password. If you rely on a password saved on the phone, store it somewhere else you trust before going on.
- If there is a balance you want out, request the withdrawal first and wait until it completes. Uninstalling does not cancel, delay or speed up a withdrawal.
Uninstalling and clearing data on Android
Menu names vary by brand and Android version, but the order is usually this:
- Open Settings > Apps and choose SlotKaki.
- Tap Storage, then Clear storage (sometimes called Clear data) and Clear cache. This removes the session, settings and temporary files.
- Go back to the app screen and tap Uninstall. Alternatively, long-press the icon on the home screen and choose Uninstall.
- Open the Downloads folder in your Files app and delete any SlotKaki APK still sitting there.
- Check Settings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps and make sure no browser is still allowed.
If you used the web version on your Android home screen, long-press that icon and choose Remove, then clear the site data for slotkaki.shop in your browser settings.
For other errors while removing or reinstalling, see APK install and update errors.
Removing the SlotKaki shortcut on iPhone and iPad
On an iPhone, SlotKaki is a website shortcut rather than an app, so removing it is simpler.
- Log out through the shortcut or in Safari.
- Long-press the SlotKaki icon on the home screen, choose the remove or delete option (the wording depends on your iOS version), and confirm.
- To clear site data, open Settings > Safari, find the website data section (usually under Advanced), search for slotkaki and delete it.
- If your password is saved on the iPhone, open the Passwords section and delete that entry if you no longer need it.
What stays in your account after uninstalling
| Data | After uninstalling | How to change it |
|---|---|---|
| MYR balance | Stays in the account | Withdraw, subject to the turnover rule and profile verification |
| Deposit, withdrawal and bet history | Stays | You cannot delete it yourself; ask support about record retention |
| Profile: name, bank account, phone, email | Stays | Through the account or support |
| Deposit limits and break settings | Stays | Changed in the account or through support |
| Session, cache and app settings | Removed from the phone | Rebuilt if you reinstall |
In short, uninstalling the app is not the same as closing the account. You can still open your account from any browser with the same password. For example, if your balance is RM 85.00 when you uninstall, it will still read RM 85.00 when you log in from a browser a week later.
When to close the account, not just the app
If you are removing the app because you want to stop playing, deleting the icon may not be enough, since the site still opens in a browser. Consider the tools inside the account:
- Cooling-off: access to the account is paused for a set period.
- Self-exclusion: access is blocked for a longer period.
- Account closure: withdraw your balance first, then ask through live chat or by email at [email protected].
The full steps are in the guide to closing your account or self-excluding in the help centre. If stopping feels hard, you do not have to manage it alone. Talian Kasih on 15999 and Befrienders (befrienders.org.my) are there to talk to in confidence.
Frequently asked questions
Does uninstalling the app close my SlotKaki account?
No. Uninstalling removes the app and its data from the phone only. Your account, balance and history stay on the server and can still be opened in a browser. To close the account, withdraw your balance first and request closure through live chat or support email.
Will I lose my balance if I uninstall the app?
No. Your balance is held in your account on the server, not on the phone. After uninstalling, the same balance appears when you log in again through a browser or a reinstalled app. If you want the money out, make a withdrawal in the usual way.
Should I clear storage before uninstalling the app?
It is not essential, because uninstalling normally removes the app data as well. Clearing storage first is still a useful extra step if the phone is being sold or given away, as it makes sure the session and settings are wiped.
If you reinstall later Your account is not lost. If you install the app again in future, download it only from the app button on slotkaki.shop, never from an old file or a link someone sends you.
